Taptap send claims that when you send money, your money will arrive to the recipient within minutes. I sent the money because my family needs it for medical treatment since Thursday, they haven’t received the money nor the treatment.( ID 1273279439840481896) If my family members dies, it will be on Taptap. After leaving a review, the manager now called me speaking for a statement. August 8th I requested to speak with a manager, no manager called! Thursday 25th I asked to speak with a manager no manager called. Same thing again in May, manager did not call and they did not let me speak to HR to make a complaint. Please DO NOT USE Taptap Send!!! Update: I requested to speak to a manager since April 2022, the manager did not call. please as soon as quickly refund this money in his account. it is my humble request to you,the Director of TapTap Send, I am praying that you can bring this hard-earned money in my brother account. so make sure its emergency basis returns to his tap tap account,then he will send it again to my account. Why not call or mail this company? It's very easy to connect from tap tap send company authors.if customers are not to get well service or satisfied why people use this type of apps? In my point of view, if i did this information in Bangladesh bank. Refunded date was 5th August Friday 2022 from Terra payment service limited company when they will refund tap tap send community then your UK brother will get the information from tap tap send apps. so this money goes to Terra payment service limited. Most important think is that in my local agency in Bangladesh bank of head Department said,we are refunded of this money accounts name and number different.
